Ever get tired of your everyday crunches? Looking for something that is different and sometimes even harder then your standard core workout? Well after doing some research these 7 exercises are great for helping building a better and stronger core faster.

Workout 1

  • 20 Hundreds
  • 20 Air Bike Crunches
  • 20 High Crunches
  • 10 Reverse crunches
  • 10 Pulse Ups
  • 10 Side Plank Rotations
  • 1 Minute Elbow Plank

Level 1- Run through 1 time

Level 2- Run through 2 times

Level 3- Run through 3 times







Remember to push yourself to a better you, not an injured you. If you feel that these exercises are to difficult on your body or you are having a hard time completing the sets please sit down, take a moment, and drink some water.
