Leg Day At Home Pt 2

As in part one of this workout series these lower body exercises are perfect for when you’re stuck at home and need to squeeze a leg day in there.

Make sure that with every set completed take a 30-60 second break so you make sure not to over exert yourself and maybe cause an unwanted injury.
