Perk That Booty Up!

The desired physique is different for everyone. Some people want to improve their abdominal muscles, others want to tone up their arms so you can wear tank tops without a worry. ¬†However there are others that want to perk their booties up! Lets face it a nice butt is always lovely to have, your pants not only fit better, but they’ll look better to!

Below is a complete lower body and booty workout that will give you that tremendous toned look to your legs and a smoother perkier appearance to your bottom!

Warm up (5 Minutes)

  • :30 High Knees
  • :30 Butt Kickers
  • :30 Jog (In place is fine)
  • :30 Walking lunges
  • :30 Squats
  • :30 Jog (In place is fine)
  • :30 Leg Swings (Kick one leg behind you and with one motion swing the foot in front of you as high as you can)
  • :30 Calf Raises
  • :30 Hoping from one leg to the other (Side to side)
  • :30 Jog (In place is fine)

Booty Workout

  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Lunges (10 Each leg)

:30 Second Break

  • 15 Curtsy Lunges (Each Leg)
  • 15 Single Leg Dead lefts (Each Leg)
  • 20 Sumo Squat to alternating Calf Raise (10 Calf Raises Each Leg)

:30 Second Break

  • 15 Bear Plank Leg Lifts (Each Leg)
  • Single-Leg Glute Bridge
  • 15 Hydrant Leg Extension (Each Leg)

 

  1. Level 1- Run through 2 times
  2. Level 2- Run through 3 times
  3. Level 3- Run through 4 times
